This class is for those who are considering raising dairy goats and would like to learn about basic care. Class is from 10am til 4pm and includes lunch. The cost is $100 per person. This is a very hands-on class and will cover many topics including:
milking
feeding
cleaning
hoof trimming
basic vet care
breeding
kidding
housing
If a goat is in labor, you will be able to assist with the birth and taking care of the kids.
